Option 1 – Pay off a UK, Irish or French mortgage

  • Repayment 25 years 85% Interest only 20 years 80%
  • No early repayment penalty when variable and initial fix can be 3 months
  • Fix 1 or 2 years at 5,4% Repayment only 5 years at 5,45% Just interest only 10 years at 5,9%
  • Pay off your debts. Personal loans can amount to 50% of the refinancing
  • Set up fee 1,500 minimum but low margins 1,4% over index repayment 1,6% over interest only

Option 2 – Take cash out of your French property

  • Funds paid into your account by the notary after signature of the loan act
  • 70% of the property value can be released on interest only or repayment terms
  • No early repayment penalty while the rate is variable can be after three months
  • Fix 3 months 12 months or 24 months at 5,4% then variable 1,6% over 3 month index
  • Set up fee ½% to maximum €3,000 for €150,000 and above. Fee can be paid over two years
