Michael: Director

Background: 20 years international banking experience including 4 years as managing director of Abbey National Lille.

Role: Negotiation of partnerships with French banks to include most advantageous terms for UK and Irish clients. Also acts as New Business Consultant. Good at sorting out challenging cases.

Magalie: Case Manager

Background: French National with fluent English. Trained by Nationwide Building Society before joining us in 2003.

Role: Magalie updates our clients from the moment they apply through to completion. She is the agony aunt of the company, there to help our clients through what can be a stressful time.
